Register for our Fall Program (October 13 - December 1, 2018). Please print out the pdf and return completed form with payment prior to the start of class.
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. Payment may be cash, cheque (payable to Jen Main, 596340 Second Line W., Mulmur, ON L9V 0B2), or Email Money Transfer (EMT) to [email protected].
All registrations are considered final sale. There are no refunds or credit for dropped classes or classes missed. I reserve the right to cancel classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements. In the event of a class cancellation notice will be given to students by phone and/or email one week prior to the start of classes and fees will be refunded in full. In the event of bad weather class will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.
